What does the house Feature?

If you’re like us, you’re trying to get a feel for the layout of the house. It is 3 floors: 

On the lower floor is the living room, kitchen, dining room, game room, laundry room, pantry, one bathroom with shower and just outside are the pool and outdoor entertaining area with traditional barbecue  with a staircase down to the garden and studio. 

On the middle floor are 3 bedrooms with double beds: the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet and both it and the bedroom next to it have access to the large second floor balcony with hot tub. 

There is also a reading/snacking nook and additional full bath on this floor. 

On the top floor are two more bedrooms with double beds, an office space with a small balcony and stunning views, a full bathroom, two car garage and a lovely courtyard with a small garden.
